Hey, I'm Steph

I'm deeply passionate about helping women build the mind-body relationship and reconnect with what it feels like to be at home in your body; exploring unconditional self worth and acceptance of exactly who you are, and where you are in your journey.  

My passion comes from years of living in my head, rather than my heart. Years of ignoring my intuition and allowing external ideals and other people’s stories to dictate my worth and how I showed up for myself.   

It took me having my third baby to realize that I needed to stop searching for perfection and external validation that would never make me feel whole, and start connecting to the love that I had both in my home and in my heart.  

Thus began the journey of rebuilding self-trust, connecting to my unconditional worth and filling my toolbox with mindfulness tools and self care strategies that helped me to reconnect and feel at home in my body; exactly as it is.
